We supply supporting structures for high loads and large spans for use in buildings. We supplement the supporting structure with stairs and railings and create a safe area for the installation and maintenance of the systems.
Planning is based on detailed 3D models, which can be exchanged in a wide variety of file formats. The calculation is carried out in-house using modern structural analysis software and always guarantees the reliability of the construction.
This procedure allows us to provide information for the architect and their planner at an early stage.
TECHNICAL DETAILS
Steel & Plant Construction in Detail
The supporting structure consists of hot-rolled steel S 235 or S 355 according to DIN EN 10025-2. The surface is prepared by using compressed air and abrasive particles and then wet-coated. With that, we reach corrosion protection class C2. In aggressive environments and for outdoor use, the steel will be hot-dip galvanized.
Depending on the purpose of the construction, a covering is made of high-strength and coated chipboard (category P6) or gratings. The gratings can also be supplied with a small mesh to prevent objects (ball with D=20mm) from falling through.
The stairs and railings comply with DIN standards (DIN EN 14 122) and BG rules (BGR 234). The steps are made of gratings.
